TENNIS PROGRAMME

The tennis programme will be headed by Jan Metelka.

He speaks fluent English, having studied and taught tennis in London for several years. Jan obtained a degree in Civil Engineering at London Metropolitan University. He represented the university at tennis in what is the best university team in the UK. When Jan is not coaching, he takes part in international tournaments on the professional tennis tour with a view to achieving as high a world ranking as possible.

He is a fully qualified tennis coach with considerable knowledge and, in particular, a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

The tennis club is called Mrázovka. Beautifully situated. in the hills with extensive city views, it has 4 first-class clay courts, each one separate from the other. The club-house is a pleasant place to relax with a drink or a snack. It looks onto the courts and the city below. There are also changing room facilities.

Should Jan be unavailable for any of our courses, we will draw upon a team of coaches of at least a similar level of experience.
